RHA worked with New View Society to develop 74 affordable residential units for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The building includes a communal kitchen, fitness space, and meeting rooms. The exterior is designed to complement the neighbourhood context, featuring brick, wood slats, and shake-style siding. The lush landscape design introduces new trees to the site, including lilac trees along the front of the property, which bloom with pink flowers.
